Jane is a seasoned executive search consultant with 10 years of talent acquisition experience with multinational executive search firms in China.

Her most recent role is Operational Director at Devon Consulting based in Shanghai, overseeing the Financial Services, Industrial/Automotive and Medical sectors. Prior to joining China Devon Consulting, Jane worked with HSBC China as Deputy HR Manager for talent acquisition in Consumer Banking. Earlier, she was with Odgers Ray & Berndtson, one of the top 10 executive search firms in the world, as Financial Services, Industrial and Automotive Sectors consultant. 

Jane has an impressive repeated finance client portfolio including HSBC, Deutsche Bank, ABN AMRO, Bank Of America and Royal Bank of Scotland, China Merchant Bank and Bank of Communications. She has accomplished various middle to senior search assignments in both corporate banking and consumer banking sectors.

She has tertiary qualification in English from Nanchang Institute of Aeronautical Technology.
