Prior to joining Asia Executive Talents Group Ltd as the Manager in Banking and Finance Practice, Lynn has accumulated 8 years of banking recruitment experience including her latest official capacity outside of AETG as the Head of Finance and Accounting, Banking division at a leading Pan-Asian recruitment company based in Hong Kong.

Lynn specializes in areas including Finance, Financial and Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Product Control, Fund Accounting, Internal Audit, Credit & Risk, Tax, Legal and Compliance.   Her major clients are Corporate and Investment Banks, Asset Managers, Private Equity and Hedge Funds.   Lynn also has strong knowledge of front office recruitment. No wonder she has successfully placed senior equity research executives in investment banks, and senior corporate finance executives in private equity fund and other investment arenas.

Lynn has 2.5 years of analyst experience working in the fields of Credit Risk, Equity Operations and Re-engineering with a handful of investment banks in New York and Hong Kong.  Her product knowledge and understanding of bank structure conjured through her previous engagements in middle and back office operations are her success ingredients in banking recruitment.

Lynn graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University, Ithaca, New York.
