Kevin Tam is the Regional Talent Development Manager with AETG and ACME Group, responsible for talent selection, psychometric assessment and organization development consultancy.

Kevin began his career with Resourcing Options in 2002, a Hong Kong boutique recruitment firm specializing in the Accounting and Healthcare practice. In 2003, he joined ConnectedGroup, an international recruitment and HR consultancy firm and held positions of increasing responsibility from consultant to department head, overseeing Accounting & Finance, Consumer and Healthcare practices. His functional successful track records include completing over 250 assignments in sales & marketing, finance, clinical research & regulatory, technical support and logistics.
 
Kevin attended Auckland University and Prince of Wales Hospital Clinical School where he earned Tertiary qualifications in Accounting and Medicine.
