John Knapp is a seasoned human resources leader and consultant with extensive experience in staffing, management training, and developing customized HR infrastructure that is strategically aligned with organizational goals.  His background includes HR leadership roles in a wide range of technical industries (metal and electronic fabrication, aerospace hardware and electronics, medical devices, connectivity and clinical inpharmatics software), and business organizations (publishing, non-profit, and government). He has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Washington, and achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources  (SPHR) certification in 1995.
