Gargi handles the Hospitality, F&B and Shipping sectors at AETG. She has had a progressive career within Sales and Marketing, Recruitment and effective Business Development in India and Hongkong.

Her extensive experience with major multinationals and a cross cultural exposure has given her a deep understanding of international corporate dynamics, its standards and objectives.

Gargi has had academic exposure into the depths of Russian Language, holds a diploma in Mass Communication and is currently pursuing Cantonese language. She started her career with a Russian business firm under the Consulate, which was to be her first inter-cultural exposure. Thereafter, she rose the ranks within a leading English daily within the fast-paced segment of media-marketing.

However, Gargi claims her style of pleasantly, persuasive selling techniques was acquired from the International Hyatt brand which has infused in her a unique blend of interactive communication bringing out the best of a win-win situation in any deal. Her innate interest in the F&B industry makes her try different eating-out options, while she dabbles with a food blog.

Gargi lives in Hongkong with her family and spends time hiking, playing tennis or writing poetry. She speaks English, Russian, Bengali, Hindi and Cantonese.
