Dominic founded AETG after 28 years of executive and leadership roles at some of the largest companies in the world. He has been Head of Human Resources at St Jude Medical AP, as well as Head of the Healthcare and Medical Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates. Prior to his leadership excellence in Human Resource Practices, he has been the Business and Sales Director with Siemens Medical, STERIS Corporation, Medtronic, Philips China, Invenysis and Thermo-Fisher Corporation respectively.

 

Dominic is a registered professional coach with the IFC and is a board member of the Talent Advantage Group.

 

Dominic has an MBA from the University of Macquarie. He has also received tertiary educations on management and engineering in Canada. Dominic has professional working experiences in USA, Canada, Japan, China, Southeast Asia, India and Australia.
