Prior to the establishment of AETG, both Dominic and Roy were senior executives and heads of Human Resources in multinational companies in Asia Pacific. They not only understand the strategic needs of human resources and business leaders, but also possess the passion to develop a unique Human Capital Management Model that integrates:
